Opening December 2025, we’re excited to unveil Hakuba’s most premium ramen restaurant using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
In the morning, hotel guests can enjoy a Western-style breakfast with a view of the forest. Come evening, the smell of slow-simmered broth fills the air as the dining room serves up the hotel’s signature premium ramen—comforting, flavorful, and made with care.

Dinner: 5:30pm – 9:00pm
